Panasonic has introduced its latest LUMIX DMC-FZ100 camera in the well-known FZ-Series of LUMIX digital cameras featuring the newly designed LEICA DC VARIO-ELMARIT lens that has a 24x optical zoom facility.
The LUMIX FZ100 hybrid digital camera comes with a MOS sensor and has the capability to record complete 1080 High Definition (HD) video, thereby giving customers a powerful photo and video shooting experience.
This 14.1-megapixel LUMIX FZ100 camera shoots at 11 frames for each second with the help of a mechanical shutter. It also features continuous Auto Focus and Intelligent Burst shooting.
The Intelligent Auto (iA) mode of Panasonic, a key highlight on LUMIX digital cameras, currently comprises the Motion Deblur mode. Users can realize the benefits of high shutter speed by way of updating the brightness control (Intelligent Exposure) and the motion detection (Intelligent ISO Control). The iA range of technologies include Face Recognition, AF Tracking, Intelligent Scene Selector, POWER O.I.S., Intelligent Exposure, Face Detection and Intelligent ISO Control.
The LUMIX FZ100, featuring a 3.0-inch large, free-angle, 460,000-dot high-resolution LCD, is ideal for wide-angle viewing. The Dolby Digital Stereo Creator feature of the LUMIX FZ100 provides realistic effects and sounds.
This new camera of Panasonic can record HD videos and photos on SD/SDHC/SDXC Memory Cards in AVCHD format. Moreover, the My Color mode feature of LUMIX FZ100 has various options such as new Film Grain, Pin Hole, and High Dynamic B&W for facilitating the capture of innovative videos and images.
