ATEX-Certified Temperature Sensing Units from Ultra Electronics

Ultra Electronics, Texas, introduced its new series of temperature sensing units with ATEX Directive 94/9/EC certification to be used in volatile zones.

Temperature Sensor Assemblies meet ATEX Directive 94/9/EC

The assemblies in transmitter and temperature probes are flame-retardant, provide inherent safety and meet the ATEX requirements, approved for global use. The ATEX certification contains spiral spring filled sensor and connection head unit that suits all types of thermowells and are accessible in thermocouple as well as in RTD forms.

These particular sensors are made for use in aerospace, pharmaceutical, OEM markets, petrochemical and nuclear power areas.
