Green Edge Systems has introduced a unique temperature sensor, the Freshloc HACCP, at the School Nutrition Association (SNA) Exhibition for the outsized school districts in Dallas.
Freshloc’s features and price structure meet specific requirements of the large school districts and are safe, user-friendly and cost effective. All the visitors were given a live presentation at the Dallas exhibition about the sensor’s specialized features.

The Freshloc monitoring system is a web oriented system and can be accessed anywhere, any time. The software provided in it will be updated automatically for the latest versions regularly. The revised data will be displayed in the dashboard and the important information will be alerted and can be checked easily. The system alerts during malfunctions and provide solutions for effective maintenance. Anyone can acknowledge the alert message by a simple reply. The system also facilitates the programming of the alerts.
The monitored equipment can be viewed in many ways and the dashboard supports modified view of the monitored device per school, district, supervisor, equipment, combination of these and many more .The system monitors temperature relentlessly and alerts only when 30 sequential mismatches in the readings occur within 15 minutes
The unique temperature sensor is tiny and contains battery which lasts up to 7 years and can be replaced. The temperature sensor provides power backup by storing the readings of temperature for about 83 hrs without loosing any temperature readings.
The sensor is FDA 21 CFR Part 11 approved for storing Electronic data. The sensors can be categorized for the management and assembly of bulk alert.
It monitors atmospheric and food temperatures in carts and food service trucks indicating their location. It also supplies daily summary of the system, alert efficiency and maintenance requirements.
