An inclinometer or, identically, an inclinometer (inclinometer, inclinometer, inclinometer) is a sensor designed to measure the angle of inclination (inclination, deviation) of various static, and to a certain extent, dynamic objects. The use can be applied to measuring the deviation of construction structures (buildings, bridges), powerful aggregates, construction and agricultural machinery and, last but not least, to measuring the angle of inclination of roads, highways and railways. Changing the slope of the angle changes the output signal from the sensor, which is analog (voltage, current) or data (RS 232/485). The evaluation of these signals can be done in various measurement and control systems, using PCs and industrial applications. The measurement itself is always performed by the inclinometer against the earth's gravity. If the measured object is not at rest, the inclinometer reading is related to the result of all the accelerations acting on the object and the speed of the actual measurement. From the point of view of spatial orientation, inclinometers are divided into three types: single-axis (X axis), two-axis (X,Y axes) and three-axis (X,Y,Z axes).
Our offer mainly includes inclinometers of our own production using components from well-known European and American companies. The accuracy of the measurement is determined both by the technical parameters of the sensor, but also by the correct selection of the type of inclinometer and its assembly for a specific application.
Due to the large number of different types and combinations of their properties, we always manufacture or import inclinometers according to a specific order. We manufacture inclinometers with modifications according to the special wishes of customers. We will work out the price and type for you after specifying the required properties of the sensor.
