Please tell us a bit about your company and why you are attending Sensors Expo & Conference 2018?
Brewer Science started as material science company and we now develop inks for printed sensors. Using the knowledge and expertise we gained from ink development we began printing the sensors themselves and have now moved into developing entire devices and systems. We build the sensor housing, the software and all the hardware that goes with it.
What products are you showcasing?
We want to showcase the open offerings we can provide. All of our systems are custom designed to our end-users needs. The world of printed electronics is still in its infancy so a lot of applications are not used to using printed devices.
As a result, a custom solution is often needed to design printed electronics which can fit into existing processes. We make solutions for this.
What makes your offering unique?
We've discovered that we can help our customers to navigate the entire design phase. We’re very intimate with all the technologies and the inter-workings of them. Taking this knowledge and extending it in the customer's processes is what makes us unique.
What are you hoping to get out of the conference?
We want to meet potential customers, potential partners that we could be working with or involved with. We also want to raise awareness - for print electronics; the technology in general and also for Brewer Science in the space as well.
