EnTouch Controls, the market leader of facility asset and energy intelligence, today announced the expansion of their IoT product line based on Intel technology that will allow multi-site companies to use the EnTouch analytics and remote management platform to support legacy facilities with existing open standard control and sensor infrastructure.
“Today, our EnTouch 360™ full suite of applications and services support over 4,000 sites for some of the country’s largest restaurateurs, retailers and commercial multi-site operators,” said Jon Bolen, Chief Operating Officer for EnTouch. “With the introduction of our family of enterprise and facility-class gateways, our valued customers can now leverage prior investments in existing legacy equipment while experiencing the full benefit of EnTouch’s remote monitoring and rich analytic capabilities.”
The EnTouch family of products will use Intel IoT products and technology into two primary Gateway solutions. First, an Enterprise Class Gateway, designed for a centralized, wide-area takeover of existing IP-based infrastructure. Second, a simpler, more cost-effective, Facilities Class Gateway that will facilitate the connectivity to the cloud and physical layer requirements of legacy localized controls.
EnTouch’s Chief Operating Officer, Jon Bolen will be presenting the new Intel-based gateway solutions at the Intel booth #901 at IBCon 2016 Silicon Valley June 22-23, 2016.
“EnTouch pioneered energy management as a service by leveraging our own, best-in-class, patented controls technology with our rich feature set,” stated Greg Fasullo, Chief Executive Officer for EnTouch. “These new solutions will further expand our value proposition to multi-site operators who are hungry for the rich experience EnTouch platform delivers without investing significant new capital to replace existing legacy infrastructure. This is just one more example of our tireless pursuit of providing ongoing benefit for our valued customers.”
