3D Plus has launched the world’s smallest color CCD Camera Head measuring 1.8x1.8x9 mm appropriate for 2.6 mm diameter operations. Following its 1/6” and 1/10” Camera Head Sensors, 3D Plus is releasing its novel 1/15” Camera Head.
By employing 3D stacking and interconnection technology, the company has structured an ultra-small and weight-less color CCD imager. The 3D technology deployed in this architecture is highly secure and is immune to extreme conditions to the CCD camera head featuring 1/15”.
Miniature Camera Head Sensors
This can be deployed for PAL video systems and features an innovative Sony color CCD sensor having high flexibility, reduced dark power and efficient anti-blooming functionalities. Various other integrated electronics permits user-friendly secure interface of the imager head to a base phase. The micro camera is equipped with lengthy wires having driving potential and a maximum of 10 m of the wire can be linked between the imager head and the base station.
An optional quality Camera Controller Unit (CCU) is provided with it based on the requirement for facilitating the configurations of the micro camera and to adjust brightness, contrast, color, and image window applications.
The company’s Camera Head Sensors are deployed globally for industrial endoscopy and to execute least intrusion surgery for mounted or pliable endoscopes ensuring high picture quality. The Camera Head Sensors are accessible in NTSC or PAL video format, but PAL format is supported by the 1/15” Camera Head.
