CAS DataLoggers Reveals Good News on iPhone Application for dataTaker Systems

CAS DataLoggers has good news for dataTaker operators regarding a new third-party application called DT-Remote.This is a real-time data viewing application for users of mobile devices, such as iPhone, iPod touch, iPad and devices based on the Android OS. The application is designed to allow users to view data collected from dataTaker systems.

DT-Remote

The connectivity between remote dataTaker data loggers and mobile devices does not require any Flash. It allows continuous monitoring of the data. The company’s DT8x series II and III loggers have firmware versions of 8.02 and above. The DT-Remote includes these.

When data is logged and also stored in the internal memory of the dataTaker, the users of the DT-Remote can view the collected data in graphical form. The device provides an improved overview by independently graphing individual parameters. The DT-Remote has a channels view that provides viewers with a list of the various parameters that are logged by the dataTaker device. The application allows users the flexibility of deciding the form of viewing the data – through graphs, lists or mimic panels. Mimics for data from thermometers, compass faces and dial meters are available and they display the data in visual display panels.

CAS DataLoggers DT8x series II and III products have the capability of measuring many physical values, including frequency, voltage, temperature, current, resistance, strain gauges, 4-20mA Loops and bridges.
