Autoclave Temperature Sensors Series from Burns Engineering Offers Superior Performance

A manufacturer of temperature measurement devices such as thermocouples, transmitters, thermowells, RTDs and SPRTs, Burns Engineering has expanded its product offering with the Series S Autoclave temperature sensors.

Addressing the growing demand of autoclave sterilization applications in sanitary, industrial process industries and biotech/pharma industries, the Series S temperature sensors have been designed for high-performance and function as a comprehensive temperature measurement solution.

The series features load and chamber probes in xtreme duty, heavy duty and light designs. Featuring precision or standard accuracy, the series is available in single or dual element configurations of three or four wires and the models have a stainless steel sheath diameter that ranges between 0.125 in. and 0.375 in. The precision sensors can be operated in a temperature range of -50°C to 200°C. Multi-probe ports and sanitary cap options are available for chamber wall feeds. Straight and bent sheath designs are also available. Customized temperature measurement solutions are also provided by Burns Engineering. The customized solutions are designed to meet process efficiency, safety and product quality requirements. The range of products include secondary SPRTs, RTDs, thermowells, thermocouples and transmitters.
