Critical condition monitoring technology manufacturer, Winland Electronics has announced that the latest addition to the EnviroAlert range of products, viz., the EnviroAlert EA200, EA400 and EA800 is the EnviroAlert EA800-ip. EnviroAlert EA800-ip will be launched at the ASIS International Show being held in Orlando from 19-21 September, 2011.
The device will allow its customers to access data logs and measurements of temperature, water presence and humidity in real time by use of an Ethernet connection.
The Director, Business Development of Winland Electronics, Paul Machacek state that the EnviroAlert is capable of round-the-clock monitoring of various critical elements and enables the data to be views and accessed in real time by the user. Data logs can be accessed by the user from anywhere. Furthermore, the user can also set up the device to receive alerts through emails. Machacek explained that the EA800-ip aids facilities such as pharmacies, commercial kitchens, grocery stores and hospitals comply with federal regulations.
The EnviroAlert EA800-ip can be integrated with an alarm system of any make, is smart-phone compatible and is 21 CFR Part 11-complaint. Simultaneous monitoring and data collection by eight sensors is facilitated by a two-way access of the EnviroAlert EA800-ip. Each device can monitor and record information on changes in humidity, temperature, gases, dry contacts, pressure and water. Once the pre-approved limit is exceeded, an alert is sent by text message and email to the alarm panel. By use of a network connection, sensor setting may be adjusted, thus removing the need for a service call or on-site adjustment. Sensor settings also may be adjusted via a network connection, eliminating the need for on-site adjustment or a service call.
