Electro Standards Laboratories introduces a CellMite-branded ProD model 4349 digital sensor monitoring and data acquisition module, which includes extended buffering for use in increased traffic network applications.
This new model, 4349 data acquisition and sensor board ensures increased performance efficiency and can be ideally employed in embedded applications, which need an analog/digital data acquisition system having Ethernet network access and functioning at high speeds.
The Electro Standards Laboratories’ ProD data acquisition and sensor monitoring system includes 11 channels of 12-bit analog inputs, which can be sampled at a rate of 10,000 samples per second. The digital data acquisition system is supported with 4-bits of isolated digital inputs, 3 digital counter inputs that are sampled at a rate of 10,000 samples per second and 64-bits of digital inputs that are sampled simultaneously. Since the sampling rate of the company’s model 4349 is very high, this system can be employed in monitoring important sensor information from a transient pulsed power system.
The Electro Standards Laboratories’ CellMite ProD model 4349 digital system is also developed to be employed in ruggedized applications, where it has to withstand the operating temperatures ranging from -40°C to +85°C. The system’s communication channels are isolated from light to achieve reduction in the system’s ground loops. The company’s CellMite ProD is provided 3k VDC isolation, along with broad input voltages ranging from 19 VDC to 36 VDC, when it is used in applications that need on-board data storage.
