Cardio2Tech, a metabolic consulting and education company has announced the release of the 30/30 Interval Training Heart Rate Monitor. The strapless monitor has been developed as a fitness tool for exercisers striving to lose weight and burn fat.
The simple heart rate monitor communicates with the user throughout the workout while recording and tracking the progress.
The 30/30 Interval Training Heart Rate Monitor allows the user to work out and record workouts with 30 second intervals and to select the intensity of their workout.
The President of Cardio2Tech, Paul Robbins stated that since the heart rate monitor displays the heart rate of the user continuously, the heart rate can be efficiently and easily monitored by the user without wearing any chest straps. Robbins added that the monitoring device doubles as a trainer for cardio workouts by providing intervals of 30 seconds to motivate and challenge the user, simultaneously helping to improve the cardiovascular endurance and heart rate recovery. The heart rate recovery is calculated based on the rate at which the heart rate drops in periods of recovery i.e during rest and intervals, a function that is performed by the heart rate monitor.
People of all ages can utilize the various 30/30 programs in order to burn calories and to increase cardiovascular strength. The added features of the 30/30 interval Training Heart Rate Monitor includes a stopwatch, a pedometer, a calorie counter, rechargeable battery and personalized heart rate zones.
