Research and Markets has declared the addition of reverse costing analysis report of the LSM330DLC 6-axis microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) inertial module supplied by STMicroelectronics to its offering.
The reverse costing analysis report of the 6-axis MEMS inertial module has been published by System Plus Consulting.
The 6-axis MEMS inertial module includes a three-dimensional gyroscope and a three-dimensional accelerometer in a system-in-package. The module measures 4.0x5.0x1.1mm and are suitable for use in consumer applications, including impact recognition and logging, GPS navigation systems and gaming applications. The MEMS inertial module is manufactured using a similar THELMA process, which is employed for manufacturing greater than 1.5 billion MEMS systems.
The reverse costing analysis report of the MEMS inertial module provides complete information about the MEMS inertial measurement unit (IMU), along with the manufacturing process flow, detailed images, schematic assembly description, manufacturing cost breakdown, detailed economical analysis, selling price estimation and material analysis. The analysis report also gives a comparative analysis of the LSM330DLC MEMS inertial module with the LSM330DL 6DoF MEMS IMU, which was introduced previously. The major points covered in the analysis include cost of manufacturing and estimation of selling price, physical analysis of the system and step by step reconstruction of the process flow.
