A multi-vendor service provider (MVS), Tektronix has achieved two million calibrations within 16 months.
The company offers MVS for repairing and calibrating instruments and others. The company’s qualitative calibration service satisfies customers to solve measuring, analyzing and screening issues.
The two millionth calibration was carried out at Columbia Helicopters based in Portland, Oregon. The Quality Division of the company, Kimberly Churchill, ASQ, CMI, CQT, expressed her excitement for reaching this milestone. She added that Tektronix exhibited excellent quality within a short period of time. The experienced technicians were able to learn and handle a broad range of tools including online tools in a faster manner with ease. She expects that the association with the company will continue for a longer time.
The Marketing Vice President of Tektronix, Mr. David Carew- Jones also expressed his happiness for this achievement. He stated that their customers have increased exponentially and expects to reach the three millionth calibration quickly. The company aims to provide a total management for assets and is expanding globally. This achievement shows that the company is capable of catering to customers' requirements.
