The IX-100BE Data Acquisition System equipped with LabScribe2 Software has been launched by iWorx, a manufacturer of physiology research tools.
The LabScribe2 Software ensures high resolution/low noise recording of biopotential signals for original equipment manufacturing applications. This system features a low voltage stimulator and an isolated input channel, and can be utilized in life science and embedded biomedical applications.
The 16-bit A/D converter has been integrated into the system to sample data in its entire input range of ±1V and at speed of about 200 kHz. The recorder ensures safety for human connection and also provides a variety of options for high pass and low pass filters and gains. A software programmable 16 bit, ±5V stimulator (DAC) has been incorporated into the recorder. Pulse width, amplitude and frequency of the stimulator can be changed. The standard protocols consist of pulse, step and train and they can also be customized.
The LabScribe2 software, which is a powerful recording and analysis software, is used to control the IX-100BE recorder. A user-friendly and intuitive interface is incorporated into this software in order to calibrate signals, analyze the data, and set up the acquisition screens. The system can be used to simultaneously display up to 128 channels of data at sampling rates greater than 200,000 samples per second. A complete set of analytical routines have been pre-configured to perform analysis and interpretation of the data in an easy and quick manner.
