MC Assembly, a leading mid-tier electronic manufacturing services (EMS) provider, announced today theircontinued commitment to the company’s high technology leadership position by adding Koh Young’s Zenith 3D automated Inspection equipment to their capabilities.
MC Assembly’s automated optical inspection (AOI) capabilities have been enhanced with the addition of the Koh Young Zenith equipment. The Zenith 3D AOI system measures the true profilometric shapes of components, solder joints, patterns and even foreign material on printed circuit board assemblies with a true 3 dimensional measurement. “This allows us to more accurately evaluate the workmanship and quality of the ever increasing complex PCBAs being manufactured by MC Assembly,”said Luis Ramirez, COO of MC Assembly.
“Our commitment to our customers quality needs remains one of our top priorities and the success of our business supports our continued investments to differentiate MC capabilities from other EMS companies,” added George Moore, CEO of MC Assembly.“It is our belief that the differentiation through technical service offerings and increased quality will keep MC positioned well into the future.”
