Algo-Logic Systems, a recognized leader in providing hardware-accelerated, real-time, networked data processing, today announced availability of its new Techo Kardio Graph (TKG) Rackmount Measurement and Monitoring system. The TKG system combines 16 precisely synchronized channels with advanced state-of-the-art Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) technology, that allows users to perform high performance real-time monitoring, measuring, data collecting, data-mining, data processing, data graphing, data tracking and data archiving functions.
The TKG can acquire data from all types of analog sensors to record temperature, motion (acceleration), pressure (air, water), power (current, voltage), and more by recording 16 precisely synchronized channels with 24-bit precision. The system includes an advanced 8th order filter to eliminate noise from signals.
Combining the high performance TKG Rackmount system with Algo-Logic's data-center hosted service provides customers with secure cloud-based, real-time archiving, data-mining, data analyses and data graphing services on demand. The TKG Rackmount also allows users to program their signal triggers that notify them via SMS and email alerts when critical monitored events of interest occur. Moreover, the TKG allows 24/7 real-time connectivity to the Algo-Logic data-center to access recorded data, generate reports, view graphs and selectively share pertinent critical event information with their end customers from their laptops, tablets or mobile devices.
"The expanded Algo-Logic Systems TKG product-line allows our customers to not only monitor structural integrity of key infrastructure necessary to maintain public safety, but to also collect and process real-time data from millions of sensor devices installed within the healthcare, factory automation, mining, scientific laboratories, power generation, power distribution and many different types of inspection systems," said John Lockwood , CEO of Algo-Logic Systems.
Algo-Logic Systems hardware-accelerated TKG system with highly customizable data formats and graphs is ideal for monitoring the real-time health and integrity of critical assets ranging from: buildings, bridges, financial trading systems, automation equipment, high speed rails systems, chemical plants, wind turbines, piers, dams, pipelines, tunnels, underground mines, power plants, communication towers plus oil & gas rigs.
