Konica Minolta Sensing Americas (KMSA), provider of advanced optical technology that precisely measures the elements of color and light, will exhibit at the Society for Information Display (SID) booth number 1724, alongside Munich based Instrument Systems (IS), manufacturer of system solutions for determining the optical characteristics of displays, booth number 1720, from Tuesday, June 3 through Thursday, June 5, 2014.
Together, these leading companies will exhibit a range of measurement instruments for testing and calibrating flat panel displays, smartphones, tablets, multifunction panels and graphics, as well as night vision (NVIS) compatible displays.
KMSA, a longtime supporter and exhibitor of SID and Display Week Magazine, will showcase its latest CA-2500 2D Color Analyzer and de-facto standard in white-balance measurement, CA-310 Display Color Analyzer. The new CA-2500 2D Color Analyzer is ideal for the evaluation and inspection of a variety of display technologies used in products such as high end displays (avionics/broadcast/medical), smartphones and PCs. Konica Minolta's booth will also feature quality control measurement technology for LCDs, PDPs, OLEDs, rear projectors, and many types of displays.
Additional models being shown at Konica Minolta's booth (1724) and Instrument Systems booth (1720) include:
- CS-200 Chroma Meter: designed to measure both luminance and chromaticity with high accuracy
- CS-2000 Spectroradiometer: measures contrasts of 100,000:1 and features the world's top level capability to detect extremely low luminance levels of 0.003 cd/m2
- LumiCam 1300 Imaging Photometer/Colorimeter: ideal for capturing the entire display in a single 2-dimensional measurement
- DTS 140 Display Test System: high measurement accuracy of radiance and luminance as well as color of displays and back-illuminated panel graphics
Konica Minolta light measurement industry experts will conduct demonstrations on the show floor each day throughout the week. For product data and specifications or to learn more about Konica Minolta Sensing's full product line visit http://sensing.konicaminolta.us.
About 2014 SID Display Week
Display Week is the premier worldwide event showcasing advances in electronic display technology. Electronic displays by themselves make up a 100 billion dollar industry, and more importantly serve as the manner in which a majority of consumer electronics differentiate themselves. The Display Week Exhibition provides a venue where display technology and product providers can meet with the engineers, designers, and business development decision makers driving the integration of new display technology into products. History has shown that the display innovations that first appear at Display Week are integrated into leading products within months to a few years.
