Nickel-Plated Load Cells

Economical beam load cells enable users to transform structures into weighing systems for a low cost. The SLB215 beam load cell has a threaded load-introduction hole. This facilitates the load cell's integration with new or current weighing systems.

The threaded load-introduction hole is the best option for floor scales and weighing platforms because a threaded foot allows for easy height adjustments.  The SLB415 beam load cell features a blind load-introduction hole for use with a rocker pin, making it the ideal choice for higher precision applications.

The SLB215 and SLB415 load cells are built of nickel-plated alloy steel, laser welded for hermetical sealing, and IP67 rated for dust and moisture protection. This protects the load cells, ensuring the optimum dependability, stability, and measuring performance.

The optional Expansion and Vibration Kit (EVK/EVKT) protects measurement accuracy against thermal expansion/contraction and vibration. The EVK/EVKT in conjunction with a base plate is a cost-effective alternative, but any necessary safety restraints must be provided outside. The Foot Kit (FTK/FTKT) is ideal for floor scale applications where height modification is required.
